There will be a mixture of strength/cardio/stretch/mobility classes and I give plenty of alternative exercises to make things easier or harder. It’s always your workout.
The only equipment you'll need is a set of dumbells (even tins or bottles would work) and you don’t need very much space. I'll make it as simple as possible.
